REFERRAL PROGRAM

To receive a referral fee, the customer must be added prior to their first visit. The referral fee does not apply if the customer has already begun designing a home through the online program without an agent, is already working with someone at Ridgetop Homes, or is registered with another agent. In cases where a customer is already registered, the referral will be credited to the first agent on record.

The referral fee is 2% of the base price per square foot.
