    Josh Wade

    FOUNDER

Josh Wade, the company founder of Ridgetop Homes, has been a successful entrepreneur for nearly 20 years. Josh is a family man having a wife and five daughters of his own. He enjoys coaching his daughter's sports teams and fishing when not on the job. Calling the North Georgia/Western Carolina area home his entire life combined with family being his top priority, he found that local families needed more options to acquire well-built homes at a fair market price. To meet this need, Josh developed Ridgetop Homes offering families in the tri-state area an opportunity to build a home that will last their family a lifetime.

He later gained valuable experience overseeing the construction of luxury apartment communities. In January 2025, Tyler returned to his hometown to continue his career closer to family and the community he has always called home. He brings a well-rounded background in engineering, construction management, and problem-solving to every project.

Outside of work, he's a proud husband and dad to two amazing boys. Family is everything to him and he brings that same dedication and care to the homes and clients.
