Any of our plans can be customized to your liking!

You are welcome to use one of our plans or bring one of your own!

When we give a base price, it will come with everything pictured in our model. There are other upgrade options as well.

Please note that pricing on website does not always include site prep cost.

The average build takes 7-9 months to complete.

We are happy to work with you with or without having land prior to our first meeting. We have land options and an amazing realtor to work with if we do not have the property that you are looking for.

Start to finish, you can expect that we will be transparent in the building process with pictures and schedule updates, so you know what stage your home is at every step of the way.

We build throughout North Georgia and North Carolina.

When you build with us, you will have a 1 year warranty on everything except pressure treated material.

Ridgetop was founded in 2021, but founder Josh Wade has been in the construction business industry for over 12 years.

At our first meeting, we will narrow down your needs/wants and discuss what you are looking for in your build.

Ridgetop Homes not only strives to build a quality and affordable home, but builds lasting relationships with our clients. Being family owned and operated communication is a key component of our success.  We are there with you for every step of the way.

Any change orders made will incur a $250 fee and what every cost of change made by customer with be added to the cost.
